Apple hosts three to four events every year on average. There's normally a springs event in March, the Worldwide Developers Conference in June, an iPhone and Apple Watch event in September, and perhaps an October event if iPads or Macs are due in the year.
The event is expected to focus on the new 5G iPhone SE and a new iPad Air, according to rumors. A Mac mini is said to be on the way, maybe alongside the next iPhone and iPad.
EXPECTED DATE OF EVENT: MARCH 8
The next Apple Event, like all of last year's, will most likely be virtual, televised from Apple Park. While the iPhone 14 won't be released until later this year, the iPhone SE 3 with 5G and the A15 Bionic processor will. The iPhone SE 3 may keep a sub-$400 pricing point, similar to the iPhone SE (2020).
